Here are our videos from this trip.

Harmony of the Seas - Wonderland

Harmony of the Seas - St Thomas & St Kitts (Excursions)

We're back on a ship, where we belong! Here's to number 35, starting to lose count honestly at this point! This is our 6th time on Royal Caribbean, third time on an Oasis class ship and first time on Harmony, for those keeping track at home. This is our third cruise since cruising reopened from Covid, first two were on Carnival, now we're switching it up a bit. Our last cruise on Carnival Magic left a really bad taste in our mouths with all the drama and understaffing issues, that we really didn't have much expectations for Harmony or even cruising at this point. Making it a situation that if we had another experience like we did on Magic we may have to take a break from cruising for awhile..

So to put ourselves in a good mood for this trip, we booked some excursions and started putting together outfits for each night to go with what we were doing or seeing that evening. For example on the Country Hoedown party night, we got all dressed up, minus my cowboy hat since it was a little much to pack for 15 minutes of use. But it was fun nonetheless. Then all the boarding passes, tests, luggage tags and all that together.

Onto cruise day. We got in the car and headed over to Port Canaveral. I tend to find this somewhat easier of a drive (minus the idiots on the road), than when we lived south and did Port Everglades or Port Miami. Port Canaveral is always pretty simple and easy to navigate around. Months leading up to the cruise we kept seeing very long lines upon checking in outside of the terminal, however guests said it moved fairly quick. We had the first slot for our check-in time, and got to the port around 9:30 or so. Stood outside for a short time and headed in and checked in, no issues at all. Then after a short time we headed onto the ship and started our vacation. Backing up for a second, one thing since Covid I hated was doing the tests, because I could never really get too excited until I was on the ship. Part due to having to quarantine ourselves and mask up 2 to 3 weeks before the cruise, followed by the dreaded test, then in your mind thinking something could go wrong at the port. So my mind was never at ease until I'm on the ship. So here we go!

Finally onto the all impressive Harmony of the Seas. We've been on the Oasis class twice already (Oasis and Harmony), so we had a good feel for the ship already. I'm still so amazed at the structure of the ship, between the giant promenade and the Boardwalk and everything Royal Caribbean adds to their ships, like flowriders, ice rink and the list goes on and on and on. So a lot to do!

Weird thing on this sailing was that as soon as we got on the ship we felt a weight lifted off of our shoulders and felt totally relaxed. We were both not sure where that came from, especially on a first day. We tried to avoid the buffet since we started cruising after covid. Not really germaphobes or anything, but after everything we really see some nasty people out there and just personally skip it at this point if we can. Not saying the alternate options aren't as bad, but less traffic and less headache. Plus on Royal their buffet's have always been a letdown. We headed on the first day to Central Park and ate at the Park Café, which we ended up at a lot during the cruise. Then after that headed to our virtual balcony room and unpacked. Which my preference is to always bring on our own luggage and never check it, that way I can get to the room as soon as possible, unpack and get going on a power nap! So something we did on this cruise was had it on a Sunday, now we've done Sunday to Sunday cruises before, but this one after a long week we just took the Saturday before to just relax. You're thinking, you're going on vacation, just relax there? Well yes, but I felt taking that day before was even more of a good recharge and rest period. After a LONG week of work, and having to go from that straight to a cruise can get tiresome. So having that day before was very good to have, then to start a week of non-stop moving around and doing things. Since we can't stay still!

Our ports consisted of Perfect Day at Coco Key, St Thomas and St Kitts. I'll go into each port below, but overall all three were great ports. The new one being St Kitts, and honestly one of our favorites. Like I said we had excursions booked, one in St Thomas and one in St Kitts, both amazing and a lot of fun. Coco Key, we just took the tram, hit up the beach and pool and went back. Always fun there. We used to rarely do excursions but started to do them more and more at each port, I think it was honestly a game changer for us personally. We didn't book the ship for ports or even the ship, but both were great options for us.

The food on the ship was good. Buffet like I said we tried to avoid, I did go one day after the pool and grabbed some options, very limited and some things like hot dog buns were hard as a rock and other items just lacked flavor. Main dining room was pretty consistent. Food was good, service was good, no complaints other than the navigating in and out, since there are a ton of tables. Specialty dining options we headed to Jamie's for lunch, felt it was decent, nothing to go out of your way for. Izumi which was amazing for sushi. Then Wonderland which was, well, wonderful and a perfect ending to our cruise. I'll go into more detail below.

Entertainment on the ship was good. Shows were all good, nothing terrible, nothing stunning. Saw Grease, along with all of the shows at the Aqua Theater and Studio B. All good shows, 7 out of 10 overall. I do have to mention that booking for these shows (along with other comedy shows and some other events) you will need to book these the day you get on the ship. We did as early as sitting in the terminal, so keep checking the app for them to open up and book. If not do it as soon as you get on. Once you book and you want good seats, again this goes for anything you book, you're going to want to get to the venue at least 30 to 60 minutes before the start of the show. The doors will open about 30 minutes before the start of the show and a long line will usually already form. Once in we noticed overall good seats went fast, and a lot of people did take bigger sections for larger groups closer to the front. Standby is always an option, that is usually opened 10 minutes prior to the start of the show. Later in the week the shows were a bit easier to get into, but not by much. Also worth mentioning things like trivia or other game shows in the On-Air lounge, Studio B or anywhere else that do not require a reservation will also fill up fast. It does not mean you won't get a seat, but your chances at getting a good seat say 10 minutes before the start of the event will be very unlikely. Just keep all that in mind.

Onto the pools, Harmony has three main pools along with several hot tubs and a kids area. Overall we did the pool a lot during the cruise, usually from 9am to about noon, felt you could always find a place to sit, maybe not upfront at all times, but always found a seat. After that the pools got busier, but didn't see if being insane. Only time's it did was for events at the pool, such as the belly flop contest, which can gather a lot of people at that specific pool. Rules for watching that are similar to the shows, with getting there about 20 minutes before for good seating. For that specific event we got to the bar a deck about about 20 minutes prior and had seats to enjoy. Bad part is everyone is on top of you behind you.

Getting off the ship. The last morning was basically wake up, finish packing what we didn't the day before and get off and go home. This was probably the best experience and fastest we've ever had. From room to car was maybe 15 minutes at best. Oasis class ships were all generally the best with this process. No waiting around and getting annoyed, just dock and get off. Yea I know it sucks leaving, I did shed a tear as I looked back and stopped for a second at the promenade as we left. I wish other lines would do this, would make life so much easier.

We briefly talked about getting on the ship, the ports, the food, the entertainment and the pools, let's talk about overall feel of Harmony of the Seas. Well it was one of the few vacations we've taken that we walked off feeling like we took a vacation. Felt relaxed and had an amazing time. There honestly wasn't anything major that stood out that we didn't care for. I think the biggest thing was at certain shows and events, many sections would be blocked off for higher tier guests. Other than that, felt the overall cruise was great. I'd even go as far as saying this was our best Royal Caribbean cruise so far. Overall a great time on Harmony, would highly recommend!

Update. Since the cruise I did find out that we are going on another Royal Caribbean cruise, this time on Independence of the Seas in October! It was a birthday gift from my amazing wife! So excited for that, so enjoy this blog and make sure to come back for that one as well!

Onto the tour of Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas.

DECK 3

Conference Center

We start off our tour on Deck 3 in front of the Conference Center. Unless you're attending a conference or special event there isn't really much for you in this part of the ship.

Main Dining Room (Deck 3 to 5) (Complimentary)

On deck's 3, 4 and 5 is the main dining room, which is opened for breakfast and lunch on sea days and nightly for dinner, all complimentary. You're welcomed to order anything and everything off of the menu, the menu's do have a couple up-charged item's, but overall it's free. The breakfast menu does stay the same, while lunch and dinner have changes each day with some items remaining the same. As for us, we had early 5pm dining, we did try all three meal's here several times. Overall our service was great throughout. Food quality was good as well, didn't have anything that we didn't care for. If we had a complaint about something it is that tables are very close together, making it hard to find a way out, especially if you're at a table like ours in the back. Again overall great week of dining in the all-impressive main dining room. Also we had some amazing tablemates throughout the cruise, it was a pleasure.

Royal Theater (Deck 3 to 5)

The Royal Theater is going to be your main theater and where the live production show of Grease will take place throughout the cruise, along with guest comedian's, special performers and several other events. Make sure to check your daily guide to see what is going on. Also most importantly make reservations, not only for events here, but throughout the cruise. They fill up fast. You can make them as early as sitting in the terminal before boarding. Also you can only make one reservation per show, for example, we had Grease three time's during the cruise, but we could only make one reservation. Also just because you make a reservation, that doesn't mean you a guaranteed a good seat, for that you're better off getting in line 30 to 60 minutes before show time (doors open about 30 to 40 minutes prior to the start of the show). They will release reserved ticket slots 10 minutes prior to showtime. Just keep that in mind for any reservation-based event.

Onto Grease, overall a good performance, very enjoyable. We've seen many Boardway shows such as Mamma Mia, Legally Blonde, Footloose and many other movie to Broadway show's. All were about 60% movie and the rest of the show wasn't from the actual movie, so keep that in mind that it will not be word-for-word identical to what you're used to. With that said it is surely worth a visit if you're a fan, as we were. Overall good show, not our top overall, but still worth a check.

DECK 4

Art Gallery

On your way to and from the casino you will likely see art on the walls, that is the art gallery. All art is available for purchase, you will also usually see crew here working a majority of the time. They did hold art auctions and other art related events throughout the cruise in the Attic.

Casino Royale

Not too sure if we walked out ahead or not, we finally got a good $200 bonus on our last day which was nice. Overall large casino, tons of slots and tables. They do have a bar in the middle, but we did not notice anyone coming over to take drink orders. Also you do have the smoke smell, so just keep that in mind. This is the one and only location for a casino on the Harmony.

Diamond Club

This is the lounge for the Diamond Club members.

Izumi Sushi & Hibachi ($$$)

I wanted to straighten this out for everyone, because it can get a bit mis-leading and confusing. Izumi is broken down into two sections, the Hibachi side and the sit-down Sushi side, both totally different. On the Hibachi side you have two stations, so seating and times is VERY LIMITED, and from what I heard you can have the hibachi as well as order from the sushi menu, two different pricing structures. On the sushi side you can either order off the menu or a fixed price. You can decide that when you're there, whatever fits what you're in the mood to eat. You cannot order food from hibachi while dining in the sushi side, if all of that makes sense.

KEEP IN MIND, reservations will go QUICK for hibachi. So if you're wanting that, make sure to book it as soon as you can. For the sushi side, we did a reservation about an hour or two before we went. No issues.

Onto the food, we went with the sushi side. Loved it! Had a great experience. Liked the fact that it was a quieter and more chill environment than any other dinner venue on board. Will be back for sure!

Jazz on 4

We hung out in here towards the end of our cruise for a bit. Harmony does have a lot of nightly music to choose from. It was overall a nice large lounge and great to come and just relax.

Studio B

Always amazed at the idea that an ice skating rink can be put on a cruise ship. Yes, you can actually skate on it as well, check the daily guide for days and times. Also must wear closed-toed shoes and pants to do that.

For the shows, we had the chance to see two amazing shows. First one was 1887 and the second was iSkate, again both amazing. Great casting and such a fun experience. You must have a reservation and doors open 30 mins prior to the show start. A standby line will be allowed in about 10 minutes prior to the show start. Seats will fill up quick, so be sure to have that reservation.

This venue also has several other events throughout the cruise.

The Attic

This is going to be your comedy lounge (sometimes comedy is in the main theater as well), also the location for several art events and other fun game events. For comedy you will need a reservation to enter, if not then you will need to do standby. The two comedians we had were both very funny, they did several family friendly and adult shows throughout the sailing. We also came here to play some of the games they hosted throughout the week.

DECK 5

Bionic Bar ($$$)

This bar was so much fun just to watch. A tip would be to get here as it opens for the night. The two arms (I guess that is what we'll call them) will do a little bit of a show to warm things up. Really fun to check out.

Bolero's ($$$)

Bolero's is the Latin lounge on board. We spent some time in here hanging out and listening to music.

Boot & Bonnet Pub ($$$)

We've been on several Royal ships and never once had a drink at this bar. Always one of my favorite's because it reminds me a little of the Rose & Crown Pub in Epcot's World Showcase. Here you can grab a beer and sit back and relax.

Cafe Promenade (Complimentary)

If you're in the mood for a bite or a coffee, this is your spot. We had one of the refreshment packages and used it often here for coffee. Overall they made them pretty good. Normally any specialty coffee is extra. They offer a small selection of sandwiches and desserts which are free.

Guest Services

Any issues with your cruise, you will be able to resolve them here at Guest Services.

Next Cruise

Looking to book a cruise on a cruise? The Next Cruise office can help you out with that!

On-Air Club

On-Air is going to be a hot spot for some trivia and other gamed events on the cruise. Check out the daily guide to see what is going on here. Much like all other similar events you're going to want to get to these about 20 minutes before just to get good seats.

Port Shopping

If you have any questions on your ports as far as shopping goes, this location will help answer them for you.

Retail Shops (Royal Promenade)

Harmony has a ton of shopping on board, here are the shops on the Royal Promenade.

Rising Tide Bar ($$$)

The Rising Tide Bar is opened throughout the cruise and will take you from the Promenade on deck 5, up to Central Park on deck 8. The times are listed at the bar. A fun experience. You don't have to purchase a drink in order to take a ride.

Royal Promenade

The Royal Promenade is where you're going to find a lot of shopping, some snack spots, bars and helpful areas. Also many themed parties and other events are held here. It is always impressive whenever I'm walking through and just seeing it from a structure standpoint, very impressive.

Running Track

Never knew they had seating areas on both sides. Great place to go when you have that morning coffee and you're still not awake, so you drink your coffee and take a nap. Amazing! Oh yeah, you can also run/walk on the jogging track.

Shore Excursions

Need something to book while at a port? Or have questions about an excursion? The team here will be more than happy to help you out.

Sorrento's Pizza (Complimentary)

After having Sorrento's over and over again, I'm still not a fan, but I think I figured out why. Now the dough is premade, unlike the hand-tossed ones on other lines. With that said the cook is going to be different. Many pizzas were cooked just enough to make sure the pizza was done, which is fine. However if they cooked it a bit more, then it was a bit crispier and much more flavor. We had a few like that and to me it was a night and day difference. Pizza options are limited with a specialty one being different every day. It's good when you just want something quick and easy. Also it's free!

Vitality at Sea Spa

Didn't have any time to explore the spa, but from what I did see was that it did look really nice. Also they offered several massage tasters on the Promenade at different points throughout the cruise.

DECK 6

Aqua Theater

Located in the back of the Boardwalk is the Aqua Theater. Here you will have some high diving, high energy, tight rope walking shows that are simply amazing! We checked out The Fine Line show, it was really good. A mix of dancing, diving and tight rope walking. We also got to check out the amazing performers warming up and practicing which was equally as fun to watch. This does require reservations, also seats open 30 minutes prior to show time. Standby opens about 10 minutes prior to show time, unless otherwise announced.

Arcade (Boardwalk)

There is a second arcade on the Boardwalk.

Boardwalk Dog House (Complimentary)

Hungry? Well at the Boardwalk Dog House they offer a selection of free sausages and dogs to choose from with a limited selection of toppings. We did not have time to check it out on this trip.

Carousel (Complimentary)

Our all time favorite on an Oasis class ship is to take a ride or 10 on the carousel. Make sure to say hello to the giraffe for us!

Focus

To check out all of the photos you've taken on the cruise you can find them right here.

Johnny Rocket's (Complimentary for Breakfast) ($$$ Lunch & Dinner)

We spent a bit of time here every night for shakes. Also came for breakfast for one morning. Staff was incredible and so hardworking. One of our absolute favorite spots to hang out in.

Retail Shops (Boardwalk)

Harmony has a ton of shopping on board, here are the shops on the Boardwalk.

Sabor & Sabor Bar ($$$)

We had one encounter here, which was at the beginning of the sailing. Decided to get a couple margaritas, well they were $16 a piece, so we went with one. My wife had to keep telling the bartender to add liquor since it was so watered down. A tip would be to get them on the pool deck, stronger and a few bucks cheaper.

Schooner Bar ($$$)

If it's nightly music, daily trivia or just a quiet spot to hang out and people watch over the promenade, this is the place to be. Great nautical themed bar.

Starbucks ($$$)

Pretty self explanatory. It's a Starbucks. I'm more of a Dunkin guy. They do have some seasonal options. This is NOT included on some of the refreshment packages, not sure if the higher tiered options allows them or not.

DECK 7

Rock Climbing Walls (Complimentary)

Since the ship doesn't have enough already to do and we're only on deck 7, they have two massive rock climbing walls on both sides. You can enter these on each side of the Boardwalk on deck 6.

DECK 8

150 Central Park ($$$)

We start deck 8 at 150 Central Park. This is one of several dining options in Central Park. We have dined here several years ago on Oasis, from what we remember it was decent, nothing amazing. The menu is updated so if you try it let us know what you think.

Central Park

Another amazing neighborhood on board is Central Park. Tons of live plants throughout the entire section, with shopping and dining being a feature. My favorite part was walking around in the mornings and hearing the fake birds chirping. Overall Central Park is great. Usually started most mornings at the Park Cafe, during the day maybe a walk around, then at night sometimes we'd sit and listen to some live music. I can say that it does get loud at times here, due mainly to the pool deck above with loud music and noise. Just be aware when booking a Central Park room.

Chop's Grille ($$$)

We did not have a chance to check out Chop's during our sailing. It's your typical steakhouse on board, with inside and outside seating.

Dazzle's

Dazzle's is the ships nightly music venue/nightclub. We did not come in here much throughout the cruise, except for some photos and once at night briefly. Seemed to be a nice quiet spot that overlooked the Boardwalk during the day, then nighttime several tribute music events were held here.

Jamie's Italian ($$$)

At Central Park you will find Jamie's Italian. First off we want to thank Royal Caribbean for extending lunch to us for Jamie's. Overall the staff was great, as they were throughout the ship. The food we felt was decent, nothing terrible, but nothing really stood out for us as something we needed to come back to. The best option we had was the truffle pasta, I'd give that a solid 7.5. As for our overall dining experience, we wouldn't run back to Jamie's. Now take that as our personal preference. Staff was great, food came out cooked perfectly, it came down to our overall personal preference of flavors. If we got in the mood for Italian, this would work. We did hear from a lot of people before and during the sailing that Jamie's was one of their favorite options on the ship.

Park Cafe (Complimentary)

The Park Cafe is opened for breakfast and lunch. It offers some free food options throughout the day, the menu changed here and there. Breakfast we saw things like oatmeal, cereal, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, while at lunch we saw sandwiches. Overall enjoyed coming here. One standout item was the breakfast burrito, it's the most basic thing you'll see and I did not expect it to have that good of flavor. In a weird way the meat tasted like an elevated version of Taco Bell. Not meaning that in a bad way at all. You have a lot of seating inside as well as outside.

Retail Shops (Central Park)

Harmony has a ton of shopping on board, here are the shops in Central Park.

Trellis Bar ($$$)

The Trellis Bar is in the center of Central Park, we always say we want to try it out, still haven't. Love the area it is nestled in.

Vintages ($$$)

Speaking of bar's, we come to Vintages, which is their wine bar. We were offered by Royal Caribbean a chance to attend one of their wine pairing events. Have to say this was one of the top things we did on Harmony. The staff was GREAT! Very informative and fun. This was probably one of my all-time favorite and informative wine pairing's I've personally ever done. Highly recommend doing at least one wine pairing during the cruise. Other than that Vintages is also opened daily, you can just grab a glass or bottle of wine, sit back and just relax. Really happy we got the opportunity to try out Vintages.

DECK 9

Stateroom 9438

We went with a virtual balcony stateroom, this was easily one of our most favorite rooms we've ever had on a cruise. It was a great location, not much outside noise and very spacious. Highly recommend this type of cabin.

DECK 12

Wonderland ($$$)

On to Wonderland on deck 12. Wonderland is based off Alice in Wonderland. It's everything you'd expect, starting with the incredible staff taking you down to your table and then course by course bringing you into a land like no other. Wonderland was truly a dining experience like we've never had before on any cruise and even on land. That is saying a lot since we live in the theme park capital of the world and have dined at Disney way too many times. To be honest, I'd take Wonderland over any Disney restaurant. I'd first like to thank Royal Caribbean for inviting us to try out Wonderland, but I'd also like to give a HUGE thank you to the staff of Wonderland, from the hostess, to the waiters and waitresses to the kitchen, every aspect was a dream come true.

We chose to eat at Wonderland on the last night of the cruise, end with a bang if you will. We got there and saw that the middle table was opened that overlooked the Boardwalk. I requested the table and we were brought down and seated. Our waitress came over and gave us our menu's which we had to take a brush with water to "paint" to reveal the menu. She then explained the menu and asked us if there are any items on the menu that we didn't care for or didn't want. We're pretty open with suggestions and just told her on the main's not to do fish. She took AMAZING care of us, letting us try a little bit from each element. Finally finishing with dessert.

Overall the theming is very cool around the venue, make sure to check it out. Loved the details with the menu and some tables. The menu is a bit confusing, now here is it in a simple form. All of the elements are basically your starters and entrees. The flow of dinner will depend on what you like and do not like to eat. Based off that you tell them and they will bring you a little bit from each element. Below is what we were brought to us, again we opted for not fish entrees. We did hear many people say the portions were very small and we will leave hungry. Well I can tell you that was far from the case. Don't be afraid to ask if you want to try a specific item or something more. The plating was our draw here, it was amazing and unlike anything we've really experienced before. Some, if not many of the items sound complex and not something you might be used to, but just open your mind and your palette up. There is not one thing we did not care for during our dinner. I'd even say to put your mind at ease, take the entree's that we got, Short Rib, Chicken and Pork, that was exactly the type of dishes that they were, yes it sounds fancy, but the dishes are what they are, along with some accompaniments that pair with that dish to make it look elevated. So don't be afraid to try new things.

One thing I want to mention that happened to us right before we dined here was at the wine pairing another guest who came here earlier in the cruise complained at how terrible the experience was and they left after having a couple of the apps. Now okay, that is your experience, which I take with a grain of salt, which I expect anyone to take with ours. We give you our point of view, that's all. For us, overall we loved Wonderland and will highly recommend going and we certainly will again. During our meal my wife looks over to me and asked "what's wrong", I turned to her and said, "nothing, everything is perfect.". Now having the best table in the house, along with an incredible view, at an incredible restaurant with an amazing staff and innovated dishes and a beautiful wife on a ship that I loved, out in the middle of the ocean. Everything was truly....perfect.

DECK 14

Kid's Avenue

Up on deck 14 is the area for the kids. Made up of the following areas.

Nursery - 6 months to 3 years

Aquanauts - 3 to 5 years

Explorers - 6 - 8 years

Voyagers - 9 to 11 years

(12 to 17 year old's are upstairs at the Living Room)

King of the World

Our above the bridge is the "King of the World", which is a glass-floor vantage point that give you a cool, fun experience. You can access this area on deck 14 of the Solarium, which is a deck above.

Solarium

Speaking of the Solarium. We felt it was almost an after thought. I know they got rid of the pool on Harmony and replaced it was a hot tub, but you already have a few on the sides right outside the Solarium, as well as a couple more in the Solarium already, so adding a large one instead of a pool didn't make too much sense. I wish they would redesign it to give it more appeal than just chairs and a hot tub.

DECK 15

Beach Pool

The Harmony of the Seas has 3 pools, the Beach Pool, Sport's Pool and Main Pool. All around the same size. Just helps breakdown the amount of people. The Beach pool we did not swim in, but it was the best looking pool with the water going over the chairs, making it feel like you were on the beach.

Harmony Dunes (Complimentary)

Towards the back of the ship you will have a fun mini golf course. We hung out here a bit and had a lot of fun playing around the course.

Main Pool

Our second pool is the Main Pool, which is we spent a lot of time. Overall we felt it wasn't too crowded on sea days until it got to the lunch hours, then it picked up a bit and a little harder to find a chair.

Mini Bites (Complimentary)

This was just an expansion of the buffet but in a small way. Wasn't anything crazy, just some standard breakfast options and lunch was hot dogs and nachos. Mainly was here to feed the hungry people that were nearby.

Padi

The ship has it's own Scuba Diving Instructors, where you can come and book courses for during your cruise.

Pool Bar ($$$)

The Pool Bar is one of many bars on the pool deck.

Splashaway Bay

For the kids on the ship, they offered Spashaway Bay, which is just some slides, water buckets and some other fun features.

Sport's Court

Here is the basketball court on the ship, which looks very small compared to the rest of the ship. Seemed like events were happening here a lot during our sailing.

Sport's Pool

The final pool is the Sport's Pool. This was the busier of the pools since it held some of the pool events.

The Living Room

This is the area for teens (12 - 17) to hang out in, dedicated for them.

The Perfect Storm Waterslides

Looking for some thrill? Harmony offer's three waterslides. I'm not big on slides, so I opted not to try these out. They don't look too intense, but still fun.

Challenger's Video Arcade (Sport's Zone)

Here is the second arcade on board in the Sport's Zone.

Whirlpools

On each side of the ship, right before the Solarium are two large hot tubs that hang over the sides of the ship. This was always a favorite of ours. Just beware, kids are in them a lot of the time.

DECK 16

Flowrider (Complimentary)

The ship has two of these Flowriders, which if you don't know these are the surf simulators on the ship. It is free to do, but they are only offered to certain levels and certain ages at certain times. So just be on the look out for that in your daily activities guide. We spent a good amount of time here just people-watching, one of our favorite spots to do that.

The Ultimate Abyss Slide (Complimentary)

Onto the giant ugly fish in the back of the ship, the Ultimate Abyss Slide. This is going to be a dry slide, hours are limited. They also will not run the slide in the rain. This is a great way to get from deck 16 to deck 8 in seconds.

Windjammer Marketplace (Buffet) (Complimentary)

I came in the Windjammer once, to take pictures and to grab a quick bite to take back to our room. We try to avoid the buffet's for the most part. I've personally never been a fan of Royal's buffet, felt it lacks in the selections they offer, and what they do offer isn't always the best. Even grabbing a hot dog, had hard stale bread that I could have used for a salad. Also just got jammed packed full of people and on sea days would only be half opened. So yeah, we just stay clear.

Wipe Out Bar ($$$)

All the way in the back of the ship is the Wipe Out Bar, which is directly across from the Ultimate Abyss Slide, so grab a drink and head on down!

Zip-Line (Complimentary)

How about ziplining over the Boardwalk? Well Harmony has that covered! Also free!

Suite Sun Deck ($$$)

If you want to get away from it all and willing to pay a little more, then you can do that and head up to the Suite Sun Deck.

PORTS OF CALL

Port Canaveral

Our homeport, always easy to get to, always an easy check in process. No complaints here.

Perfect Day at Coco Key

This is always a favorite for us, we've been here several times and each time we always have a fun, relaxing time. We generally stick to the beach for a bit then over to the pool. Then off to explore the island, grab a bite to eat and head back to the ship. Love Perfect Day at Coco Key.

St Thomas, USVI

Checking a bucket list item off my list today, that is Megan's Bay. Have to say it did not disappoint. The water was perfect, with cuts of chilled water here and there, amazing. Not too packed at all, which was great. Then we headed up to the mountain top to get some amazing views of the island and where we just were. Couldn't have asked for a better day at port.

St Kitts

Another AMAZING port day in St Kitts. We headed first on our tour to a viewing point of where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. Then a short drive to the Carambola Beach Club. Here we spent not enough hours relaxing and enjoying every moment in the sun, beautiful water's all around and the sun tanning our skin. Do have to say for food they have a little spot, but wished they offered something more, seemed very slow service. Highly recommend anyways and will be back again. Not too far from port.
